6 October 2008 Title and lease When the development started, phase 2 was spread across two titles, NT302748 and NT346425.  Those two titles have been amalgamated and NT346425 closed.  See below for a link to up to date official copies of NT302748.  The reference to NT346425 in clause LR2 of the standard lease has been deleted.

7 November 2006   Schedule 1 paragraph 1 has been corrected so that it now reads:-

The right to park a private motor car or motor cycle in a Parking Space (being a Parking Space specified from time to time by the Lessor by notice in writing to the Lessee to the intent that the Lessor may from time change the Parking Space allocated to the Lessee)
