I am the practice manager and responsible for the smooth running of our offices in Nottingham and Burton Joyce.

My role covers a broad range of activities, from marketing through to managing the accounts function, liaising with outside contractors and co-ordinating all HR matters.

I joined Young & Pearce in 1988.
