Employment unit

Our employment unit is headed by Tony Wilkinson.

Young&Pearce can offer guidance not only in dealing with disputes which have resulted in proceedings being taken, but also in setting up mechanisms to minimise the risk of things getting that far.

Badly advised, employers can get into considerable difficulty with employment matters, especially in the light of recent increases in compensation limits. Good, early advice can reduce the risks which all employers now face.
