I am the managing partner.

I specialise in business law, both commercial and property, and my clients are business owners and entrepreneurs, property developers, landlords and commercial tenants. My recent projects have included:

• Advising a developer on the lease of offices
• Guiding a client through the sale of his business
• Drafting and advising on a range of commercial contracts
• Advising a building company on their purchase of a development site where complex arrangements with adjoining landowners were required to make the development of the site possible
• Setting up a large apartment development for sale and managing the sales process

My approach is practical and pragmatic. My role is to solve problems for my clients and reduce complexity.

Aside from legal work, I am responsible for the IT infrastructure and website and for maintaining our ISO9001:2000 Quality Assurance System.

As well as an LL.B degree I hold an M.Phil in Law.
