We will undertake criminal matters on legal aid.  This includes legal aid for advice at the police station for arrested persons.

The application procedure is straightforward.  Generally, eligibility for legal aid depends on the amount of a person's income and the value of any property he owns.  Depending on means,  a legally aided person may have to pay a contribution towards the cost of work done for him or her on legal aid.
