Note that actual costs may vary depending on how your mortgage provider calculates interest.  Figures given do not include any associated insurance policy.  Always check projected repayments with your mortgage provider or financial advisor before proceeding further.

"Repayment basis" is the payment which will repay the loan in full at the end of the loan term.

Payments on the "Interest only" basis will not result in any reduction of the loan.

Calculations take no account of changes in rates or the expiry of any initial interest discount period.
