Obtained his law degree from Liverpool University in 1991.
Admitted as a solicitor: 1995.  Became a partner on 1st July 2000.
Came to Young&Pearce in January 1999.

My work is predominantly civil litigation with a largely commercial bias and I act for a number of leading businesses, both locally and nationwide, to assist them with resolving their commercial disputes. I have also established Young & Pearce as a leader in commercial debt recovery.

I specialise in property litigation and have built up a strong client base of commercial and residential landlords, owner-occupiers, and property developers, who rely on me for pragmatic, diligent and commercially sound advice.

I have also built up considerable experience in commercial agency rules and frequently advise clients in this area.

Additionally, I am the marketing partner for Young & Pearce.
