Tony Wilkinson LL.M, LL.B - partner

I act for a wide range of employers and assist them with any employment-related matters they may have, from drafting contracts through to supporting them through an employment tribunal. I also advise individuals on employment issues, including representing them the employment tribunal and advising on compromise agreements.

Young & Pearce has a strong specialism in licensing and I have extensive experience of licensing panels and have successfully represented many clients at licensing appeals.

I represent clients in all courts particularly those facing prosecution for regulatory and road traffic matters.

I am a Higher Court Advocate and have a Masters of Law degree in Employment.
